Robotica tra etica e diritto, ne parla l’Ittig-Cnr

Il Comitato scientifico dell’Istituto di Teoria e Tecniche dell’Informazione Giuridica del Cnr, coordinato da Giancarlo Taddei Elmi. In collaborazione con il Dipartimento Identità Culturale del Cnr organizza il Seminario – Tavola rotonda: Robotica tra Etica e Diritto, mercoledi 24 novembre 2010, alle ore 9.00, presso la sede dell’ITTIG-CNR, in via dei Barucci n¬∞ 20.
La giornata di studio mira a discutere in modo interdisciplinare un tema di grande attualità, gli esiti etici e giuridici della robotica intesa come scienza che costruisce e applica le macchine robotiche. I domini dove vengono utilizzati oggi i robot sono molteplici e molteplici sono le funzioni che questi svolgono.
L’aspetto etico può essere visto sotto due profili, come etica della robotica, ossia le regole per i costruttori e gli utilizzatori dei robot e come etica dei robot, ossia le regole di comportamento dei robot stessi. Anche l’aspetto giuridico ha due profili, uno di diritto della robotica ossia la regolamentazione giuridica della costruzione e dell’uso dei robot e delle conseguenze da essi prodotte e l’altro dei diritti dei robot, ossia la regolamentazione giuridica dei comportamenti e delle azioni dei robot con attribuzione di diritti e doveri e previsione della responsabilità degli effetti delle loro azioni. Discuteranno questi temi filosofi della scienza e del diritto e informatici.
